It's almost time for the South Gibson County Middle School Love My Library Fundraiser! Love My Library is a fun and exciting way to build a home library while helping us raise money for our library. Our fundraiser starts Feb 1st 2022. The goals for this fundraiser are to replace books that had to be taken out of our collection due to age or outdated information. Our second goal for the fundraiser is to purchase more STEM items for our library. We hope that you will help support this effort to make our library a place that students enjoy coming to each day. We know you have limited time, but want the best education for your reader. That’s why we hope everyone will activate their reader's account as soon as possible. This is where your reader can create their wishlist. We encourage you to activate your reader’s account today by clicking on https://www.lovemylibrary.com/reader-signup?library_code=339-sueByl&v=1 and following the simple instructions so your reader may qualify for their first FREE Book Bucks! Information to activate there accounts was sent home with them today. Thanks so much, South Gibson County Middle School

Current 8th grade students and parents: If you are interested in learning about the AP Human Geography class that is offered to freshmen, there will be a meeting in the library at SGCHS on February 3 at 6pm. Students will find out more about the class and there will be former AP Human Geography students there to talk about the class. Qualifications to enroll in the class will also be shared at this meeting. If you have any questions please contact either Coach Whitaker at whitakerc@gcssd.org or Mrs. Amber Harris at aharris1@gcssd.org.
